Atomic Habits


I really enjoyed reading Atomic Habits for book club. 

As for the take-aways, here are just 5 of the many -

  • The four rules - Make it obvious. Make it attractive. Make it easy. Make it satisfying.
  • The two minute rule
  • Spending time observing our “thoughts and actions without judgement or criticism
  • Recognizing that - “Life feels reactive, but it is actually predictive
  • Recognizing why we procrastinate - “you slip into motion rather than taking action: you want to delay failure.
And here are my daily thoughts as I finished reading 5 chapters per week -
